Salento is a land of mirages, windy;
it’s great, it is full of sweetness;
remains in my memory more as an imaginary journey
than as a real journey.

(Guido Piovene – Italian Journey)

Over 250 km of coastline, on the one hand it is flat, mostly clay, the other part high and jagged. The entire province of Lecce , with a myriad of towns and villages , made of white houses and narrow streets as local crafts and surrounded by green olive trees and vineyards bordered by the typical dry stone walls. And then a large proportion of the provinces of Taranto and Brindisi (from Ostuni down) with a lot of cities rich in tradition and culture and equally fascinating landscapes of Regione Puglia.
